Aaron is a StrongFirst certified hardstyle kettlebell specialist who uses the minimum effective dose to achieve optimal results using just one or two lumps of iron as the tools to get the job done. The elimination of over-engineered gym equipment and energy-sapping exercise programs allows his clients to focus on the technical elements of the fundamental strength lifts, making them feel stronger and more energised each time they leave the gym.
This approach to exercise assists in the prevention of injury, improves sporting performance and increases energy levels through the implementation of whole-body movements which best translate to everyday tasks and sporting environments.
